Independent of my bankruptcy practice, but also as part of it, I have extensive experience in trials and complex litigation in federal and state courts, and in mediation and arbitration. Issues have included breach of contract, technology rights, insurance coverage, product liability and toxic torts, jurisdiction, international discovery, landlord-tenant, investment and partnership disputes, and myriad commercial, real estate, and corporate disputes.

Transaction advice and contract drafting and implementation for all parties in distressed business acquisitions. Experience in structured finance opinions and acted as an expert witness on separate entities.

Substantial experience representing private equity funds and corporations in resolving commercial disputes, including international arbitration, arising from international trade and investment in or from UK, France, Italy, Netherlands, India, Cayman Islands, Mauritius, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Australia, Ecuador, and Colombia.
