I worked with Patricia Purcell when I lived in San Francisco during the pandemic. Communication was inconsistent. At the mandatory settlement conference, key assets, dates, and other required info was missing from her documents. This delayed progress on asset division, which she later claimed was my... responsibility despite our prior discussions. Deadlines had to be extended increasing both the length and cost of the case. There were settlement options available early on that were not explored, leading to more work and expense. Things were further drawn out by her high drama approach to interactions, even when the other party was seeking peaceful resolution. While the case was resolved after years and years, I believe a different attorney could have achieved a faster more favorable outcome with less cost and frustration with a more thorough and solution focused approach.

Of all the lawyers I worked with, Patricia was the most unorganised, lazy, and useless person I have ever encountered.
