Biography
I am a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the State of California. I am a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, its Legal Refferal Service, the Central District of California, and the Northern District of California.
My practice is dedicated to representing consumer debtors, stopping predatory and abusive consumer lending practices, and protecting consumers from illegal debt collection activity. I also represent tenants in Unlawful Detainer actions as well as clients in Family Law matters such as dissolutions, child custody, child and spousal support, Marriage Settlement Agreements, annulment, and Domestic Violence Restraining Orders. I represent clients in San Francisco, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Santa Clara and Alameda counties.
I regularly volunteer for Pro Bono Projects for the Justice Diversity Center, the Housing Negociation Project and the Consumer Defens Clinic.
