My friend told me about James when I was getting nowhere with the lady on a cellphone who rear-ended me and her insurance company. I had no car and my back was busted up all because of a driver who wasn't paying attention and I almost lost my job because I could barely make it to work. And the insura...nce company kept giving me the runaround, even though the cop wrote that it was the lady's fault. I called James and he really stood up for me and made the insurance company be fair and pay for what happened to me through no fault of my own. I sure hope I never need another lawyer and if I do, I will call James.

I was in a car accident. I had no prior back injury, now I do. He nor his secretary ever came with me to my doctor's appointment for the opposing side's second opinion. I went and retrieved ALL my medical records as he asked me to do, then he charged me for it. He never sent me my medical records bac...k. He NEVER sent me an itemized bill. The bad driver's insurance company was going to settle at first for $20,000, and he told me that it was worth more. The insurance company ended up only paying $20,000 and he took his full percentage by law. Leaving me with very little after all the specialists expenses. When I drove all the way to San Francisco for a deposition which I could tell he was not prepared for, he went to lunch with the opposing side. I was not included. I found that highly suspect and unprofessional. He settled my case without discussing anything with me. He called me to tell me he had ran out on the statute of limitations and because of this I was getting less.
