Eric Robert Gruber

Eric R. Gruber is the founder of Gruber Law Group. He is an experienced trial attorney dedicated to obtaining justice for those who have suffered injury, abuse, discrimination, and violations of their civil rights at the hands of corporations, individuals, and governmental entities.  He has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars on behalf of his clients through settlement, mediation, arbitration, and trial.

He is an active member of his community and takes a keen interest in public affairs. He co-founded and sits on the Board of Directors of Attorneys Bettering the Community (ABC), a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and coordinating group volunteer projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.  During the 2007-2008 presidential election cycle, Eric worked as a Regional Field Organizer for Barack Obama, overseeing and managing the efforts of hundreds of volunteers in San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma.

Eric graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with a Public Interest Concentration.  While at Hastings, Eric earned several CALI awards and excelled in his trial advocacy coursework. He graduated magna cum laude from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota  with a double major in Political Science and Sociology.

Eric lives in San Francisco and is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the California Employment Lawyers Association. He represents personal injury, employment, and civil rights clients throughout California and the Bay Area counties of San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo, Alameda, Solano, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, Sonoma, Napa and Sacramento and the cities of San Francisco, Oakland,  Berkeley, Alameda, San Leandro, San Mateo, Santa Clara, San Jose,  Sausalito, Antioch, Concord, Daly City, Santa Rosa, South San Francisco, Redwood City, San Rafael, Stockton, Novato, Petaluma, Vallejo,  Hayward, Antioch, Fremont, Fairfield, Pleasanton, Walnut Creek, Richmond  and Sacramento.
