When you are going through a troubling time it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions. That, in addition to not understanding a legal process, complicates matters even more. Alex explained the laws, outlined in clear language the steps in the process that were needed to be done. He was reassuring, articulate, knowledgeable and effective. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Alex was nothing was “sugar coated”. He was straightforward and there were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy which I know sometimes occur with attorneys. At the same time Alex is extremely experienced, shows to be able to navigate the most difficult process and is an invaluable resource when it comes to protect your rights. He is truly awesome and really goes above and beyond for his client. There is no other attorney that will work as hard for you. On a personal level, Alex was always patient, extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The man has integrity. He stands for justice. Besides, Alex was always quick to respond me either by email or phone and I appreciate that. He definitely deserves 5 out of 5 stars!!!
