When i was a child i was arrested for defining mom mother a cop push my mother and so i pushed him back and he struck me with his fist and i started to defend me self, i thought the cop was going to shoot me so i was fighting for my life . He then started to CHOKE me on the floor till i passed out . ...When i woke up the hole street was blocked off with cop cars tgey asked me for my name and last name when i told then my bame they said if you would have gave us your name nuthin would of happen. Im a latino but my name sounds straight white. I got booked till i seen a judge . The lady sent me to wood side juvenile justice center in SF. In San francisco juvenile center its all about making money the send children out of state and in to group homes . The state gives the group home LOTS of money for each Child the group home houses. Some what like a zoo. I got blessed for meeting REBECCA MARCUS i explained what had happened to me all she told me you'll be going home today, ok . I tell her thank you . Court started and she demands my release and gets it. After i get released i meet with her to talk . And she tells me i shouldn't be in there or on probation. Sfpd started harassing me some times even jumping out the car and beating me for nothing and i was only 15 years old. So when ever i seen cop looking at me i would take off running for my life and me being on probation " its a crime" i would get lock up ,a beatend by the cops with there fists ,kicked really hard and hit with the baton on my back ,my head and my arms and even chest. Metal batons and some times even there flash lights.... i would tell rebecca and she would get mad when she see me all beat up . I was a good child to be honest but after so much beatings i started f@#cking the cops up real bad so they think twice before they try to do anything and they would . Ingalside sfpd .
