Charles Francis Carbone

Anyone want to know how to be an attorney which brings not just credit to a long suffering employment title ? Mr. Charles Carbone is such an incredibly gifted attorney- I'll stand on top of a mountain to speak about what he has done for me and my family. I'm free because of his work, dedication to de...tails, incredible memory and the drive to make my freedom a reality. Going to BPH is difficult enough; politics, victims opposition and the offense... I was prepared. Charles prepped me over and above. You get what you pay for, but Charles went way beyond. Any negative reviews should be taken with a grain of salt- I'm free. Charles, you are amazing and hope you won't go into another field. You could make more money but won't be changing lives as you do. My family and I song your praises !!!!!!!

I hired Charles Carbone for multiple parole consideration hearings as well as filing writs for my life-term husband.   Charles was always realistic with us, there are no guarantees.   Whenever I had a concern,  I could always call him.  Despite his work schedule which takes him all over the state to ...appear at hearings and see clients at appointments, he always got back to me with a cogent well thought-out answer.   At times, Charles even handled matters not related to my husband's case, without charge and without complaint.   His fees are reasonable -- we had previously paid much more for other Board specialists.  Charles won freedom for my husband and there is no price I can attach to that.

Thanks to Mr. Carbone's representation, my husband was unanimously approved for parole at his latest hearing, after 35 years on a 25-to-life sentence. Mr. Carbone makes no promises or guarantees, has a low tolerance for B.S., and is far too busy to babysit clients with endless phone calls and letters.... It was up to my husband to put in the work (getting sponsors, taking anger management and vocational classes, going to NA/AA groups), but Mr. Carbone coached him extensively as to how to present his accomplishments and positive changes so that he shone at the hearing. My husband, like many inmates, has a distrust of attorneys and was skeptical at first, but was won over (and very moved) when Mr. Carbone addressed the Board himself on a sticking point they had about my past as it related to my husband's success on the outside. He used himself and his wife as an example, and convinced them it was a non-issue. I can honestly say that every penny I paid him was SO worth being able to anticipate my husband being a free man. I highly recommend Mr. Carbone to anyone seeking perceptive and experienced counsel.

Charles "CARBONE" Is not the best lawyer HE IS THE ONLY LAWYER!!! Carbone is a straight shooter with knowledge upon knowledge of the criminal justice system! He does not sugar coat, nor mis guide even when it's not what you necessarily want to hear. He has represented my husband for 7 years. My husb...and is a double lifer and "CARBONE" got us a YES!!! If your looking for someone to feed you a bunch of bull this isn't the lawyer for you!! If you looking for some sweet talking crap feeding lawyer to take your money and make you feel special and end it with no results this isn't the lawyer for you! I walked into Mr. Carbones office and told him what I wanted. Then I was told exactly what needed to be done in order for that to happen. He could of taken our money and told me sure ok and then we would of lost! Instead it was his plan of action, he takes every single case personal and works diligently on every one! Especially behind the scenes!! The end result is a solid REPRESENTATION and RELATIONSHIP!! I have and will continue to RECOMMEND "CARBONE" to every lifer out there! Several other inmates that I personally referred to Carbone have also gotten their date and the others are in line to get theirs as soon as they get their part done!! You have to believe in your lawyer and to know he knows what's best!! "CARBONE" Absolutely knows what's best! He does not banter! He sticks it two them. Which is what gets the results! Mr. Carbone was hired to defend my father in his up coming Parole Board Hearing...I took a day off work (unpaid) drove to San Francisco..spoke with Mr. Carbone he was very professional and knowledgeable.....BUT as soon as the money was exchanged I never heard back from him...several calls and emails ...where made to speak to Mr. Carbone which were never retured...He went once to see my father ...when I was told he would go see him 3 times before the date...He became very rude, unprofessional....."A Devil in Disguise" our family decided best thing to hire another Attorney...Mr. Carbobe thanks for wasting our Time, Our Money, and our Trust!!!!!
