Mr Carbone was highly recommended and once he met with my husband we were sold that Mr. Carbone would be the one that we would hire. Charles Carbone was hired by my mom when I was in Ad seg . During a potty watch and was fully chained up naked with waist chains and cuffs I was sprayed with disinfectant on video by a C.O. name Lipper. Did the whole 602 process answered all levels warden signed 602 acknowledging fault before 90 Day... expiration of video delete by facility Head.. Carbone pick the case up from there after receiving retainer he push to next level as a state board complaint with the state of California .. First red flag he wanted $5000 retainer to meet timeline to file in state or federal court for lost suite .... when time came to fill he was nowhere to be found then at the last minute he took retainer then 2 weeks later returned retainer said time had expired to file in court .... So I thought using a state funded lawyer to sue a state entity Charles Carbone faked me out had me and my family fooled ....

He is a very respectable, genuine, humble, and smart man. When I say smart, I mean he is SMART! He knows exactly what he is talking about. He is amazing. Our family loves and respects him so much. I found Mr. Carbone around 5 years ago when the level 2 prison my brother was in decided to move him back up to a level 4 prison do to a escape from a juvenile facility when he was 13 yrs old. After 2 months in solitary confinement, I decided to find a prisoners rights attorney. I hired Mr. Carbon...e to appeal my brothers ruling for being punished for something that happened 29 years ago.
