Definitely worth the money!!

Charles represented my son during two Parole Hearings. The first Parole hearing, Charles set my son up for success! Charles was so through that we didn't hesitate to hire him for the second Parole Hearing. When the decision was sent to En Banc, Charles was unable to represent my son but arranged f...or a peer to handle the case. Charles was upfront, honest, communicated to us all the information we needed and set up the meeting for our new attorney. Charles made an international phone call to us to find the results of the Hearing - We prevailed and are currently waiting for our son to be released - anyday now!!!

Dedicated to his Clients

My name is Sally. I am the mother of Raymond, who is a former client of Mr. Carbone. It was an answer to my prayers that Mr. Carbone began to represent my son, Raymond. He had been denied parole several times. Mr. Carbone is such a unique attorney. He believes in his work and the effort it takes ...to sustain it. Mr. Carbone began representing Raymond, I believe, around 2007. Mr. Carbone took his case up to the 3rd Court of Appeals. Raymond was released on parole July 8, 2012, if I remember correctly. I don't believe anyone could be better represented. Mr. Carbone is such a hard worker and is so dedicated to his clients.

Simply Put...The Right Man For The Job!

In the years before retaining Charles Carbone to be my incarcerated daughter's attorney in 2007, my daughter had already appeared before a Parole Board a few times, and had been denied each time. During those appearances, my daughter had struggled with being forthcoming while answering the Board's q...uestions, usually because the Board wanted explicit answers regarding the nature of her crime, and my daughter was still having trouble verbalizing details. As soon as Charles became involved with my daughter's case, she became more self-confident. His support allowed her to believe that she deserved to be set free, and his relentless preparation helped guide her focus toward the most pertinent issues of her case. Together, they developed such a trust in each other that she was then able to reach, and then face, her intermost fears which, in turn, allowed her to present a more stable psychological profile before the Board. In late 2008, I was devastated financially by the economic/bank meltdown, and was rendered unable to continue my financial support for my daughter's legal fees. Instead of dropping the case, like 95% of all lawyers out there would have done, Charles forged ahead with my daughter's case pro-bono until such time as I could get back on my feet financially, and citing as his only excuse that: "I believe she deserves to be set free!" Since Charles Carbone has been involved with my daughter's parole attempts, she has obtained a "Suitable For Parole" verdict from three consecutive, different Parole Boards, all of which have then been denied by the Governor's office. My daughter is still incarcerated today because of those denials but, in no way, should that imply a deficiency in Charles' representation. He's done everything necessary to get those decisions to the Governor's desk. The positive recommendation from the Governor's own Board SHOULD be enough, especially after reaching that level three times. After that, the only explanation available is that there must be some sort of politics involved which, I believe, is something Charles has no control over. Our appeal of the latest denial is under way and our only hope, at this point, seems to be to catch whomever is going to make this next decision having "a good day"! In summary, Charles Carbone has had such a positive impact on my daughter's outlook in life, and in her state of mind in general, that I could never imagine anyone else more capable than he is at handling my daughter's representation. We've got the right man for the job, and now, as a lifelong friend. Thank you for your time.

Make No Mistake Mr. Charles F. Carbone Is The Real Deal, Outstanding Civil Rights Attorney

Upon interviewing many Civil Rights Attorney’s within the entire Bay Area for a family member who was sentenced to 25yrs to life and served 23yrs, Mr. Charles Francis Carbone leads the way for all others to emulate as a Civil Rights Attorney. He was the third attorney in representation for this case... hired. Twice prior and appeal went forward to the State of California Governor to return denied. This was the last chance for an appeal. Mr. Carbone is not a sales attorney who promises one thing only to fall short. Make no mistake Mr. Carbone is the real deal. His skill sets are exercised with razor sharp precision. He is highly professional, highly motivated and extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. His communication, facts, data and documentation are highly on point to the subject matter at hand. Throughout the entire legal process you are always informed and advised to the best approach taken. His timing and execution was flawless which resulted in a release for our family member within one year of accepting the case. My family and I thank you for and outstanding job.
