Charles is truly an outstanding attorney who cares a lot about his clients and making sure they are found suitable for parole. We first hired Charles when my father was up for his second parole hearing in 2016. My father was sentenced to 15 to life and had numerous rules violations and 115’s. My fath...er had a bad record when he faced his first and second parole hearings. But Charles provided clear guidelines, coached and challenged my dad with his no B.S. policy. He also helped my father to be able to articulate his programming to the parole board. Thanks to his coaching my father was found suitable after serving 24 years in prison. Throughout the process leading up to the parole hearings, Charles was easy to get a hold of and always answered all questions and concerns. I hired Charles and his firm to write my husband’s application for commutation. He met with my husband quickly after he received his retainer fee. He spent ample time with my husband, and stayed in communication with me through the whole process as well as his associate Rebecca Rabkin attorney at la...w did. I never felt left out of the process. Charles collected all the documents he needed from my husband, had the commutation ready as we waited for one last letter of support. Charles Carbone was hired by my mom when I was in Ad seg . During a potty watch and was fully chained up naked with waist chains and cuffs I was sprayed with disinfectant on video by a C.O. name Lipper. Did the whole 602 process answered all levels warden signed 602 acknowledging fault before 90 Day... expiration of video delete by facility Head.. Carbone pick the case up from there after receiving retainer he push to next level as a state board complaint with the state of California .. First red flag he wanted $5000 retainer to meet timeline to file in state or federal court for lost suite .... when time came to fill he was nowhere to be found then at the last minute he took retainer then 2 weeks later returned retainer said time had expired to file in court .... So I thought using a state funded lawyer to sue a state entity Charles Carbone faked me out had me and my family fooled ....

Greetings Everyone I am writing this review to thank Atty Chalres Carbone who we hired 4.5 ago for my husbands up and coming parole hearing. It was his first time going befoee the parole board .
