I prefer not to give any star to lawyer Robert Wyman who is laid back, not actively and proactively to fight for my medical treatment from worker compensation, the assistant asked me to apply the medical treatment through my insurance if any needed treatment gets rejected by worker compensation insur...ance. That sounded ridiculous, my health insurance won't cover any injury related to work, so I ended up without needed treatment offered for months but suffering pains daily basis. Secondly, before deposition, Robert didn't prep me well, only called for 45 minutes on the date of deposition, and his instructions was so off from the real deposition, 2 hours deposition online, Robert didn't support me at all, I was interrogated fully by the WC lawyer.
