Ms. Bain is a really tenacious attorney. She goes the extra mile for her clients, especially people like me who are nervous to speak up. It’s really comforting to know she’s on my side. I consulted with Attorney Dwana Bain to see if she could assist me with a matter made more difficult because the case is in the US and I'm in Canada. She was great about answering all my questions and giving me straightforward and accurate information about my chances, the likely amount of time it wo...uld take, as well as if something was unlikely to work. I would have hired her, and in a way I did, but she was involved in some kind of accident soon after our appointment. She contacted me as soon as she was able to let me know that due to the resulting medical difficulty, she felt she was unable to provide me with the quality of representation she felt I required for my case, and let me know that while it was up to me, I would be better served by finding someone not in the middle of a medical crises. She even provided me with a list of lawyers who specialize in my particular kind of situation and offered to help forward along my file. I thought it was amazing for her to show that kind of consideration at what was very clearly a difficult time. Very Classy

Attorney Dwana Bain is an excellent attorney; she pays attention to the details; she listens to a prospective client before determining the best strategy for tackling a legal problem; and in addition, her head isn't up in the clouds so to speak, and that's what makes this lady so special!
