Richard handled my bankruptcy which was completed this year. His office went over my situation and worked the bk laws in my favor. They found many bk exemptions - or whatever that is called - which made a huge difference in my case. He told me what my case would be like and how long it would take up ...front and he told me the truth. My case was filed when he told me, he told me exactly which documents I had to collect, and what my payments would be which he laid out in our first meeting. So I recommend him because he did an honest job, did what he promised, was nice and courteous, and I got what I paid him for - which was a slightly complicated bk chapter 13. My repayment plan was 5 years long, several times something came up with some crappy creditors who contacted my home, I called Richard who made each one never call again. It was great to know that if any of these horrible people call to make trouble I could just call Richard to make them go away like the bk laws require. Anyway, Richard is a professional who gets the job done, is nice and unlike some other attorneys, always told me the truth, and represented me in court for my bk, and during my plan duration. I recommend him.

Avvo's rating system is a mystery to me, Richard did my mother's bankruptcy over 20 years ago, and did mine this year, so he has plenty of experience. If it were not for Richard we would certainly be without our home which we love so much. We filed with his office, and when the payment plan got too h...igh for us, he ammended our case to reduce our payments by half or so. His staff were nice and always took our calls right away.
