He pled guilty for me against my wishes and open protest in court, and stated false information to the court on my behalf. Because of the false information, l was fined/ punished for something l did not do. l did not choose him, he was assigned to me by the court. This man has worked for the City ...of San Francisco at the Public Defender's Office for years. A large number of other defendants were assigned to him by the court as well. To my knowledge, he was placed by the city in a venue other than the Superior Court for a period of time after misconduct that l personally witnessed as a client-- there may have been more that were called to attention of his employer. l have no doubt that if he was not employed by the city, he would not have a career in law as he will have to effectively serve his clients. l post without revealing my name to avoid retaliation.
