Troy Masami Yoshino

As the leader of CBM’s Class Action Defense Team, Mr. Yoshino has led or otherwise had substantial involvement in the defense of well over 100 class actions and complex coordinated proceedings. His expertise spans a variety of substantive areas including consumer products, alien tort claims, financial services, insurance, employment, privacy, and other matters.

Mr. Yoshino maintains an active practice as a member of the Firm’s Appellate Group, and has expertise in handling appellate proceedings before the U.S. Supreme Court, a number of the federal Circuits, and various state appellate courts. His experience ranges across in a wide variety of areas, including constitutional law, class action practice, complex litigation issues, consumer protection, insurance coverage, jurisdictional, and preemption matters.

Mr. Yoshino regularly advises companies on advertising and labeling issues, using his expertise as a class action defense lawyer to provide prophylactic and preventive advice to many clients.
