The former tenant was seeking over $1 million dollars in past rent and other damages. Thomas is also an experienced appellate attorney.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching youth sports, playing basketball, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants and Cal Bears
