Professional and reliable

Mr. Schwartz and his legal staff made a tough situation a lot easier for me. My initial consultation was free and Mr. Schwartz willingly and knowledgably answered all of my questions. It wasn't until months later that I was ready to retain his services. Most everything was accomplished through ema...ils and over the phone, which made things easier for me. Mr. Schwartz' legal staff always replied to my emails and phone calls promptly. I never felt ignored or in the dark regarding the status or progress of my case.

EXCELLENT

Scott and his team were excellent! I have sent him two clients and they both called me to thank me for sending them to him. Going through the process of bankruptcy can be very scary and sad. Scott was gentle but also straight to the point. He educated us on some myths and helped us understand the ...facts in normal people language. However, none of that matters if when you get the trustee and your case is questioned. The trustee scolded Scott for being “too thorough”. This is the kind of attorney you want on your side – one that is “too thorough.” I always recommend Scott and his team when asked.

Bankruptcy, no hassle, no sass, great results

I had acquired a revolving credit card balance of 35,000 dollars a year for 7 years. 2 divorces, 2 major moves and expenses acquired in each relationship. A lot of material items I no longer posses or have the need for that they kept(ex-wives). 2009 The Car payment and student loans I can pay. The ...2200 in monthly credit card payments ranging from 0% to 6.6% in interest, gas before it went crazy, 300 in food, 1000 in rent, 2 minimum wage jobs on the side to cover what my salary didn't. It's February, I'm newly engaged and I want to start my new life, with my new wife, with no debt and not a care in the world. A friend of my wife says "I work for this fantabulous Lawyer, he's helped me and he can help you, too." I have reservations because of the negative stigma, having a bankruptcy on my record comes with, but I'm desperate and drowning and sick of looking over my shoulder. We meet in November, Court in January, Finalized in August 2010. Scott and his team were informative, personable and straight forward. To me even though I talked to everyone in the office they knew my case, my needs and took really good care of me. Things I didn't understand were explained thoroughly and at times I'm sure they held my hand and were there to reassure me at every turn and hiccup. I recommend Scott to any and all future clients. What really stayed with me was when the court date was over he offered lunch, had I not had another engagement immediately there after I would have taken him up on it. I can't say it enough. It was easy, they were kind, helpful, informative, personable and direct. Try'em you'll like'em.
