good but not really aggressive

Roger is knowledgeable and keeps up to date with all the latest changes in the law, however, I feel he is too comfortable with the unfairness of the family law system to really make strong arguments on your behalf. He is more likely to tell you about his experiences and references other cases to ju...stify why a particular course of action is not likely to bring an outcome, than he is try to do what is right and truly fight for your cause. He seems more interested in settling cases than he is in fiercely representing your position in court if it needs to get that far. In addition, he seems to handle too many cases at the same time which creates conflicts not only of schedule, but dealing with other professionals in the system.
