I was a Superior court Judge for 20 years and 11 years as a trial attorney.

I was a Superior Court Judge involved in trial work for 20 years. Much of the trial work was as a Fast Track Civil Judge. Before this, I was a Trial Attorney for 11 years. Half of my arbitrations were medical malpractice including Kaiser Arbitrations and other medical contract arbitrations. The remainder of the cases involved Probate issues, Contract interpretation, including insurance bad faith, Employment law, Real Estate situations, Partnership Dissolutions, and Attorney Fee disputes.
