Regina M. Franco

I greatly regret hiring Regina to represent me in my family court matter. Her priorities were: her billable hours, maintaining a favorable relationship with the judge, her convenience. Below those considerations were my case and my interests. She even chastised me for asking too many questions, sayin...g that it made her feel bad. I certainly don't expect a lawyer to be my therapist, but their job is at least to answer any and all questions I have about my case. At the conclusion of my case, the first thing she did was to congratulate herself on correctly predicting what the final settlement amount would be (an amount that I felt was a worst-case scenario for me). I have a friend who also regretted hiring Regina. Regina bungled the case so badly that my friend filed a complaint with the local bar. My friend ultimately settled, but Regina made her sign an NDA to never say anything negative about her.
