Rebecca Mary Coll

I was first introduced to Rebecca Coll when I engaged the services of Calvo, Fisher & Jacob. I was involved in a trust management case, and Rebecca Coll was part of the team that worked for me. My first impression upon meeting Rebecca was that she was extremely competent. I find this to be the mo...st important quality in an attorney, as you need to immediately feel that trust in their capabilities from the onset, and Rebecca made me feel just that. What I didn't understand about lawsuits, is that it takes specific areas of expertise from specific attorneys in the legal process, in order to facilitate a winning strategy. In this particular case, I worked primarily with two attorneys, Rebecca Coll and James Quadra. While James Quadra was the lead litigator and who was equally superb, it was Rebecca Coll who provided the very intelligently written briefs. Prior to this experience, I did not realize the importance of such writings, and the crucial part they play in the whole process. This has to be one of Rebecca's strongest qualities. Her superb writing skills are amazing. I have learned that it takes a special finesse to eloquently surmise in a brief the essence of what the issue of the case is all about, particularly to put it in your favor. Rebecca's critical thinking process that she displayed in her briefs, allowed the whole team to pull together a very clear and strong case, which in turn, provided me with the very outcome that I hoped to achieve when I engaged their services in the first place. In short, I got what I wanted. What was also impressive, was Rebecca's constant communication. This was an attorney who I felt was working for me 24 hours a day. Rebecca never made me feel that there was another client who was more important or more derserving of her attention. Everytime I contacted her, she responded immediately and always in a very positive manner. Lastly, the one thing that was truly reassuring, was that Rebecca Coll, and the whole team of Calvo, Fisher & Jacob for that matter, never made me feel like this was just my problem. On the contrary, Rebecca and the team took all of the pressure off of me, and placed it on themselves. I felt as though they were equally involved in the case as much as I was, which is something I never experienced before.
