Mike's presentation, fearlessness while under scrutiny, combined with his knowledge, experience and work ethic easily makes him an authority on all things regarding zoning/land use. I had the pleasure of working with Michael after reading his publication: Land Use Navigator. The only downside is the... firm in which he works(not his fault, his co-workers just seem to have an affinity to steal/take credit for his work+ they are impossible to deal with due to their egotistical mannerisms). Michael is truly a gem and I hope he starts a private practice soon so I won't have to deal with his petty administration. Rock on Mike, your mixture of professionalism, knowledge and candor make you easily one of the best, if not the best in your field in the San Francisco Bay Area.
