K. Anderson Franco

Anderson Franco is a California personal injury attorney and the founder of Anderson Franco Law. He represents people who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle collisions, construction accidents, dangerous property conditions, workplace incidents involving third parties, and other negligence cases throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and California.

Before representing injured plaintiffs, Mr. Franco defended insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury and negligence cases. That experience gives him firsthand insight into how insurers evaluate liability, medical treatment, causation, damages, and settlement exposure. Today, he uses that perspective to anticipate insurance-company strategies and prepare his clients' cases accordingly.

Mr. Franco personally handles every case his firm accepts. Clients work directly with the attorney responsible for their case rather than being passed from one case manager or junior attorney to another. He maintains a selective caseload so that he can remain closely involved in the investigation, development, negotiation, and litigation of each matter.

Mr. Franco has substantial litigation experience in California state and federal courts. He has handled complex personal injury cases, argued significant motions, conducted trials, and appeared before the California Court of Appeal. His appellate work includes published decisions. His approach to litigation is practical and preparation-driven: identify the important facts early, develop the medical and liability evidence thoroughly, and position the case for resolution while remaining prepared to proceed through litigation when necessary.

Mr. Franco is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and UC Berkeley School of Law. He is fluent in English and Spanish and regularly represents Spanish-speaking clients throughout California.

His professional work has received recognition from legal and business organizations. Mr. Franco was named a Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star each year from 2018 through 2026. He received the Lawyers on the Fast Track Award at the 2025 California Legal Awards and was recognized as a Forty Under 40 honoree by the North Bay Business Journal in 2024 and as a member of the 2025 Latinos 40 Under 40 class by Negocios Now.
