I handle all types of criminal matters; both state and federal, misdemeanor or felony. A criminal conviction will impact you now and in the future. I will put my experience to work for you to either eliminate or minimize the impact of a conviction. I have had success hundreds of times in the pre-trial stages of cases negotiating plea deals with the People when appropriate. Often times a client would prefer a misdemeanor instead of a felony, or a non-moral turpitude misdemeanor instead of moral turpitude one, or some request along those lines. I advocate on your behalf to protect any professional licenses you may have or any other position you need to protect. However, although plea negotiation discussions are a huge part of any criminal practice, I also take great pride in being ready to take your case to a jury trial and hold the People to their evidence. I have the skill of being able to get a jury to see beyond the initial stigma of arrest and listen to defense arguments in their evaluation of the evidence.

I have made appearances in all 9 Bay Area counties (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma), as well as Lake County, Los Angeles County and San Joaquin County. I also am licensed to practice in Federal Court in both the Northern District of California and the Eastern District of California.
