Jason J. Kwan

Jason Kwan, Esq. is an Associate Attorney with the Law Office of Richard J. Vaznaugh. He graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2012. While at Hastings, Mr. Kwan worked as a counselor for the Employment Law Center’s Workers’ Rights Clinic where he assisted individuals in labor and employment issues. He also externed for the Honorable Steven B. Berlin of the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, dealing with federal administrative labor and employment claims.  

Mr. Kwan has broad experience in legal technology, including electronic discovery. He working for the California Attorney General’s Office with the Litigation Support Section learning a variety of litigation programs common in the legal industry, including Concordance, Law PreDiscovery, CaseMap, TextMap, and Trial Director. He continues to gain experience in developing legal technologies, including cloud-based programs.  

Mr. Kwan has worked exclusively with plaintiffs in their labor and employment disputes including: wage and hour, disability discrimination, age discrimination, race/national origin discrimination, and family and medical leave.  

Mr. Kwan is a native of Hacienda Heights, CA in the Greater L.A. Area and received his B.A. in English from the California State University, Los Angeles.
