Cristina Schrum-Herrera

CRISTINA SCHRUM-HERRERA is an associate in the Class Action Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Ms. Schrum-Herrera worked as a Summer associate at Levy Vinick Burrell Hyams LLP. Ms. Schrum-Herrera has also worked as a law clerk at Outten & Golden, the Wage Protection Unit and the Community Services Center at Legal Aid At Work in San Francisco. Ms. Schrum-Herrera received her B.A. from Swarthmore College in 2008 and her J.D. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Schrum-Herrera worked in the International Human Rights Law Clinic which took her to El Salvador, where she presented before the Organization of American States on how to translate new LGBTI protections into  law. Before law school, Ms. Schrum-Herrera worked as a case handler with the Homeless Rights Project, at the Legal Aid Society in New York. She is admitted to the State Bar of California.
