My son and I were referred to the Eviction Defense Collaborative. After speaking with an intake volunteer, we were called back by Darren Orr, who said that his office had a special interest in representing us due to our landlord's attorney's reputation as a particularly ruthless eviction specialist. ...He made an appointment for us to return with all our documents, and carefully asked questions to help determine the course of action. Throughout the process, Darren responded to all e-mail very promptly, called when necessary, and always kept us up-to-date. He personally made sure that all filings and motions were responded to in a timely manner. He gained us many months in our home, while going back and forth with the opposing attorney. He guided us as to the best offers, and three days before the trial was scheduled, negotiated a settlement that all parties could sign with relief. He's one of the most ethical people I've met, and his dogged persistence was truly admirable. We give him our highest recommendation.

This guy is as bad as it gets. He did not even show up to our court date and didn't even try and help. He told my fiancé and I to just give up, ummmmm what's the point of having you be our lawer if your not going to do any lawer if your not gonna even do anything or even try. I highly advise anybody ...reading this to avoid his guy at all costs. He will screw you over
