You should put your parent's full name and current overseas address on Schedule H and list him for notice purposes in Schedule F

This sounds like a serious lapse in judgment on the part of your wife's attorney. Get yourself your own attorney immediately.

There is no court filing fee for the Debtor to file this type of motion. I agree with the others that you should have an attorney do this for you.
