As a client, I often felt left without proper expect...ations or understanding of the process. What was most frustrating was that asking follow-up questions frequently led to dismissive or rude responses that made me feel uncomfortable for seeking clarification. There were also repeated issues with professionalism, including lateness to meetings and interruptions during scheduled calls. I understand lawyers can be busy, but clients still deserve clear communication, respect, and professionalism throughout the process.
