Despite engaging her services for four months, consistently attending consultations, and following her instructions diligently, the overall experience has been highly disappointing. Communication has been a si...gnificant issue, with responses to emails taking an exasperatingly long three weeks or more. While I understand the demands of a busy schedule, this level of unresponsiveness became extremely frustrating. Furthermore, Ms. Jacobson’s selectivity in taking cases solely based on personal preferences is a concerning aspect. Regardless of the urgency or importance of the matter, she appears to prioritize personal compatibility over professional commitment. This unpredictability and last-minute refusal to take on a case make her services unreliable and impractical. While she may possess legal expertise, the difficulty in working with Ms. Jacobson and the uncertainty regarding case acceptance make it challenging to recommend her services. Clients may want to consider other options to avoid unnecessary expenses and potential disappointment.
