Once again the law firm of Marc Branco has successfully directed me. This time it has been in regard to an appeal to the State Rent Board regarding an illegal rent increase on the part of my landlord. Together his team and I were able to clearly show that the rent increases were unusual an unwarrante...d and not allowed by the State of California as both properties which I rent are under rent control.
