Knowledgeable attorneys with great results
Recently, I was placed in a very stressful position of confronting my landlord about some changes they made to our building. When I first reached out to Marc Branco and Partners I did not know anything. I had no idea if I was in the right, or wrong, what my rights as a tenant were, and what options w...

Our eviction case pushed Marc & his team to their limits in every way, & they pulled through with flying colors. Our case, while practically over in our favor, instead of being a normally 1 month long UD, still lingers on after 7 months not because of Marc, but because our opponent was ruled to be ...

"Attorney Marc Paul Branco is a tremendous landlord and tenant lawyer and is deeply committed to provide excellent representation to his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance."
"Marc and I worked closely together on a couple of cases. I found him to be very caring, hard-working, ethical, and knowledgeable."
"Marc's commitment to his clients' causes is unmatched. I have often used Marc as a resource and find his input to be simply invaluable. His office is impressively organized, his knack for litigation is intimidating and his passion for results is steadfast. I would refer my own mother to Marc if she were in need of landlord/tenant advice."
"Marc is great because he is very technical and very aggressive which can be a rare combination in the legal field. Marc is able to save his clients a lot of money and get a better result because he is conscientious and detail oriented so he does not have to spend his time and the client's money correcting mistakes. Marc is an incredible Landlord-Tenant attorney and in my opinion he is the best value in the Bay Area."
"I have had the pleasure of working with Marc on a few matters, and he has been a vast source of information and knowledge. His grasp of the landlord tenant laws and regulations in the Bay Area, and especially in San Francisco is immense. I have seen him get results that would make the opposing party grimace - I would not want to face him in court!"
"Mr. Branco is a passionate attorney who represents a variety of individuals and entities in landlord tenant matters. When I have a question regarding landlord tenant law, I go to Mr. Branco."
