Kelly was highly recommended to me by someone I trusted. My experience was awful and very expensive. She was arrogant, dismissive of questions, didn't know the judge at all (I did more research than she did), basically ignored my case until I hounded her office regularly (this is after my paying he...r retainer and being given timelines that were regularly blown) and, frankly, when we got to court, didn't seem to know what she was doing. We had two days of long cause hearing scheduled, and I ended our engagement after the first day. There was no time for me to represent myself in the second day of hearing. The judge spent the entire time frustrated with her, and I clearly saw why. Finally, I spent an extraordinary amount of money going back and forth on documents and correcting key details multiple times that I had communicated, again, multiple times, prior to going to court. In the end, my ex won and I was forced to settle. My child is the one who is negatively impacted. I would never recommend this firm.
