It was regarding a wet reckless and the court had asked me to complete some hours at school and sheriffs program. I had done all of what the court ordered, on time and had dropped off all the completion letters personally at the court. Somehow there was an admin error at the court and they had missed... one of the completion letters. The court had asked me to show at the court, I had moved Apts and never received any letter. Long story short, they issued a warrant against me. Will caught it when he was following up on my case, I was told that a warrant was issued I was completely shocked and panicked a lot. I had done everything right, this wasn’t supposed to happen and it did! Will was very diligent and quiet literally handheld me through the process. The entire process was overwhelming for me, big words, arrest, warrant, I couldn’t wrap my head around it. But Will walked me step by step through the process, helped answer all my questions, no matter how big or small or smart or dumb, we walked through all the possible outcomes and had a plan in place for every possibility. This really helped me a lot so I could prepare for the worst but hoped for the best. Given COVID, the entire process was different and I also had to get this resolved urgently as I was changing jobs and Will was on top of things and expedited things on his end to meet my timelines. I hope I don’t have another reason to hire him but I’d definitely recommend Will if you have a need for a lawyer. He is very thorough, handholds you through the complicated process and follows up each day to ensure he answers all the questions and all possible outcomes.
