A 995 is a motion to dismiss after preliminary hearing. It does not apply if the felonies were dismissed and only misdemeanors remain.

The DA has one year to file on misdemeanors and at least 3 years on felonies. If this piddly little case hasn't been filed yet it probably won't...

I had a client who lost his DRE license for driving on a suspended license. The DRE is tough as Ms. Mccall indicates.
