Probably unless you served the 102 pursuant to some plea agreement. You must have had a lawyer. Ask him/her.

No early termination of probation unless you have complied with all of its conditions.

Yes, he could be. Sometimes parolees are saved by their relationship with their PO so he should report the offense immediately.

All the inmate can count on is 243 days. However, the Sheriff can and does release prisoners earlier due to overcrowding. When this might happen...
