The work that Rory did, as an attorney who knows the law and as a compassionate person who cared about us, made a big difference in our lives. I can say definitively that Rory helped us find the closure that we needed and gave us a chance to rebuild our lives. The outcome of the case is a settlement with an amount that is more than we could hope for (5x) . While the settlement was great, the feeling of having Rory and his partners helping us win was even greater. I'm so thankful I was referred to Rory. Rory was able to negotiate my settlement and get me 3x what the initial offer was. Rory is up to date on employment law where many company lawyers are not. This gave us a real advantage in arguing for an increase. Rory took the time to explain things to me ...in layman's terms so that I understood my case thoroughly. Additionally, he went over all evidence with a fine tooth comb, making sure that he had all the facts before engaging in a conversation with my previous employer. Let me say right off the bat: if you have a relatively complex legal matter related to salary, bonus, or equity, Rory is your guy. I was let go from my job and when I requested my bonus and vested equity, my former employer clammed up.
