Reno is a trusted and excellent source for legal business help
Our business was recommended to Reno from multiple lawyers in san francisco as the best small business lawyer around.
After engaging his help, we now know why he was highly recommended. Responsive, intelligent, reassuring, and was very helpful and for resolving issues relayed to contracts, legal exposure, bankruptcy, and any general legal questions we had. He also referred us when he was not able to assist. I highly recommend Reno and would refer him to anyone i know.
I worked with Reno to set up a couple of corporations. One involved transitioning from a previously created company to a new one (rebranding, setup proper corporate structure, etc). This involved all the paperwork to shut down the old company and get the new one started. Everything went well and the process was seamless and exactly what you'd want!
The other one was to set up a corporation for what is currently an LLC, to eventually restructure the nature of the company to be more friendly for investors and to create a better platform for providing incentives to employees. This was a similarly expedient process in which everything went exactly as I had hoped and we completed all of the steps in my expected timeline.
As my companies grow and our related legal needs must be tended to, I'll definitely reach out and work Reno and his team again!
Reno Fernandez is a partner with Macdonald Fernandez LLP, a law firm focusing on wills and trusts, estate planning, probate, business matters, commercial litigation, reorganization and bankruptcy.
Reno has experience representing debtors, creditors and trustees in bankruptcy, receiverships, fraudulent transfer suits, preference actions and lien avoidance actions.
