Miriam Kim

Miriam Kim's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, intellectual property matters, and government and internal investigations. She has significant experience in trade secret, copyright, and other IP matters, particularly for high technology companies in the semiconductor and software industries. She has handled complex litigation and government investigations involving a wide variety of claims, including antitrust, unfair competition, and false or misleading advertising.

Miriam speaks Korean and has successfully advocated for clients in a range of matters involving Korean companies. Her pro bono practice is focused on the needs of victims of sexual abuse. 

Miriam is President-Elect of the Asian American Bar Association and on the Board of the BASF Justice & Diversity Center. She is active in efforts to increase the diversity of the legal profession, and she is a frequent invited speaker on diversity issues.
