Michael Derrick Wilson Jr

Michael represents private and public employers throughout all phases of litigation, before state and federal courts. Michael also provides advice to firm clients regarding various employment law issues, designed to prevent litigation where possible, while also working with clients to develop and revise internal policies designed to minimize future risk.

Mr. Wilson represented design professionals, construction managers, developers and contractors in a variety of complex litigation and transactional matters involving major infrastructure projects, transportation projects, eminent domain proceedings and in connection with construction defect litigation before state and federal courts, the American Arbitration Association, and before JAMS
