Biography
I am a jury trial lawyer. I have successfully litigated, settled, or tried virtually every type of employee-brought action -- including class actions. My areas of particular expertise are: disability discrimination and accommodation, employee leaves of absence, sales commission disputes, whistleblower claims, and wage/hour litigation. When not trying cases, I spend time with my teenage and adult children, explore the country and the world with my fiance, and contribute time and money to community organizations.
