Gerald Viglione Niesar

I have no doubt Mr. Niesar is a capable attorney. However, his trial side attorney partner is Peter Vestal and his associates. Vestal literally ignored our case, "We had a large case and didn't have time to work on your case", damaging my family; financially and psychologically. We will never reco...ver. Niesar and Vestal then told me I needed to sign over BOTH my homes. Does this smell of fraud? Upon trying to reason with Niesar, he recommended bankruptcy and told me I was lucky I was not investigated by the DA. I have never stolen a dime in my life. I was victimized. He told me not to report the criminals to the DA, the IRS, etc. I went to the IRS and the DA anyway! Niesar couldn't (wouldn't) fight blatant embezzlers, and then kissed us off, after trying to take all of our property (which was not our agreement). Are all attorneys this way?
