Tenacious, thorough, honest and loyal - man's best friend and Thomas Peter Pierce

We were involved in a David vs. Goliath case where we eventually prevailed. We tried to get our legal fees back after plaintiff's scorched earth litigation, which was designed to bankrupt us through legal fees before trial. We won a ridiculous lawsuit yet ended up owing several hundreds of thousands ...of dollars in legal fees! Other attorneys refused to help but Peter came to our aid. He framed legal arguments that were verbally acknowledged by the appellate judges during oral arguments. I felt a great sense of pride that the bench acknowledged my attorney's expertise and professionalism - referring to opposing counsel in antonyms. Unfortunately the US does not have a loser pays law like in the UK. Call me a poster child for tort reform. I do know that the best arguments for tort reform and the reasoning behind it were framed by Thomas Peter Pierce. This is the guy you need - a MacGyver lawyer.
