Welcome to The Law Offices of Steven C. Vondran, P.C. ("Vondran Legal"). Home of Attorney Steve™ and Copyright Watchdog™

As we like to say, "this is not your Daddy's law firm." We do things differently. We don't charge for copies and paper clips or staples. We don't double We don't load three attorneys on your case and try to rack up a large legal bill. We aren't stuffy. We are responsive and effective. We offer tenacious legal representation and low flat rate legal fees for mant non-litigation cases. Some cases we may also able to take on a contingency fee basis (for example photo infringement recovery or right of publicity cases).

EULA or random audits) can be tricky depending upon a variety of factors (have you ever legally owned the software at issue, how many installations have you made, what modules were installed, how long have you been using the software, how many times, what type of profits). For years, we have been helping a wide variety of companies get these disputes resolved including cases with Vero, Solidworks, Siemens, Autodesk, Microsoft, Adobe, SIIA, Business Software Alliance, Synopsis, VB Conversion, and others. Types of companies can include technology companies, architects (ex. CAD software) designers, engineers, media companies, law firms, and even down to small "mom and pop" type of companies. There are very few quality lawyers experienced with handling the wide variety of disputes as Vondran Legal® has handled over the years. We have likely settled and resolved over 500 cases - many with low flat-rate legal fees that our competition is not likely to offer.
