As we like to say, "this is not your Daddy's law firm." We do things differently. We don't charge for copies and paper clips or staples. We don't double We don't load three attorneys on your case and try to rack up a large legal bill. We aren't stuffy. We are responsive and effective. We offer tenacious legal representation and low flat rate legal fees for mant non-litigation cases. Some cases we may also able to take on a contingency fee basis (for example photo infringement recovery or right of publicity cases).

These guys can get out of control if you don't keep an eye on them, and specifically if you don't understand their game. Copyright law can be a bully club for intellectual property law firms that represent artists and photographers, but when you go into battle armed with knowledge and technique, you have a really good chance to obtain a positive outcome. Our firm is based in California (with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego) and we have an office in Arizona. When dealing with Strike 3 Holdings (a prolific filer of federal copyright lawsuits in California and other states), it is very important to have experienced legal counsel to represent you. We have seen legal demands as high as $50,000 for alleged file-sharing of their movies, (and high demands from Malibu Media - another file sharing Plaintiff who has filed thousands of lawsuits). While you might be led to believe these parties may not be interested in harming or crippling you financially, make no mistake, these attorneys are out to get what they can and having an experienced BitTorrent litigation attorney in your corner is well advised.
