Serves as outside General Counsel to companies without a dedicated "in-house" legal department. Provides counsel to business owners and management in a variety of commercial contexts including entity formation, financing, operational structuring and commercial transactions. Broad experience in negotiating and drafting a full spectrum of business agreements.

Employment and Business Litigation. Represents individuals and companies in all types of business disputes that arise during the startup and operation of a company. The firm serves as counsel in civil litigation and trials and also handles arbitrations, mediations and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
