Biography
I am the head of the family law practice at Sideman & Bancroft and Certified Family Law Specialist, as certified by the Board of Specialization of the State Bar of California. In that position, I oversee the firm's representation of high net worth individuals in family law related matters including mediation, negotiation and litigation. My practice focuses on complex financial matters as well as highly contested family law disputes. With discretion and skill, I guide clients through issues ranging from pre-marital agreements to dissolution proceedings. I work with our clients to create a strategy aimed at meeting our client’s needs and the needs of their families. Through negotiation, mediation and, when necessary, litigation, I represent clients in complex family matters which draw on the other disciplines within the firm—real estate, tax, trusts and estates, complex business transactions, and litigation. As a result, our family law practice addresses the often complex financial and emotional issues facing our clients in these times of transition.

Most ridiculous person I've ever met!
This attorney cares more about they/them pronouns then listening and advising. Back story- my husband left me for a man and is transitioning. I've know HIM as HIM for 28 years. But every time I said "he did this" or "he did that" I was corrected on "that's inappropriate, use her correct pronouns". Hi...
