Olivia Rose Vetesi

Olivia Vetesi is the founder and managing partner of Vetesi Law Office located in San Francisco, CA. Olivia is committed to helping entrepreneurs and small businesses establish themselves, grow, and succeed.

Olivia’s practice focuses on advising business owners with the formation process, financing, intellectual property, and general business counseling. Amongst other services, she has prepared formation documents, bylaws, operating agreements, terms and conditions, privacy policies, and buy-out agreements for startup companies.

Olivia also serves as the outsourced General Counsel for small businesses. She has reviewed commercial leases, negotiated contracts, and handled employee disputes for small businesses. In addition, Olivia has handled complex bankruptcies for the owners of small businesses, which required litigation in federal court.

Olivia’s preference is to work closely with her clients rather than delegating a large portion of the work to others. While this caps the number of clients that she can represent at one time, it allows her to learn the business thoroughly and establish lasting relationships with her clients.

Olivia runs entrepreneurial events in the Bay Area and enjoys teaching the legal aspects of operating a business. She is actively engaged in the startup community in Northern California and attends weekly entrepreneurial events in Silicon Valley and San Francisco.

Olivia’s fiancé, Jason Coppola, is a tech entrepreneur and she received extensive hands-on experience managing the legal affairs of his startup, Innovation Evolved, LLC. Earlier in her career, Olivia was a clerk at the Alameda District Attorney’s Office, a currency sales trader at Forex Capital Markets, and a trainee analyst in the Brand Management Department of Adam Opel A.G., a former subsidiary of General Motors in Germany.

Olivia holds a double B.A. from the University of California Berkeley in German and Legal Studies, and her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.
