Biography
Mercy Hall is principal of Hall Law Firm, P.C., representing clients in special needs planning, conservatorship, trust administration, probate, and estate planning matters. A significant portion of her work involves planning for disabled and elderly individuals who are receiving public benefits.
Prior to starting her own practice, Mercy developed her skills working for two nationally recognized special needs planning attorneys.
A Bay Area native, Mercy graduated summa cum laude from Integral Program at St. Mary’s College in Moraga and earned her J.D. from U.C. Hastings School of Law in San Francisco. She is currently pursuing her LL.M. in tax at Golden Gate University.
Mercy enjoys being able to help clients through legal processes that are often challenging.
